If the records you share with us contain personal information about your employees, customers, or vendors, you remain the controller of that information. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share it with us; we process it on your behalf, only as needed to perform the engagement, and will return or delete it at your request subject to our retention obligations below. If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive customer-care and marketing text messages from Liberty Choice Group at that number. This opt-in is optional and separate from submitting the form — you can request a consultation without agreeing to receive texts.
Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of phone calls or email, which are governed separately as described below.
